A Dietitian-Led Group Program for Lasting Lifestyle Change

 Are you part of a workplace, church group, club, or community organization that’s ready to prioritize health together? 

Empower Nutrition is a structured, evidence-based group program led by registered dietitians and designed to help participants build realistic, sustainable habits around nutrition, physical activity, and overall wellness.

This is not a quick fix. It’s a supportive, practical roadmap for meaningful change.

Participants will learn how to:

Each session provides practical tools that can be applied immediately.

Program Structure

Empower Nutrition is a 6-month structured program with sessions that build on one another. For the best experience and outcomes, participants are encouraged to commit to the full series.

  • 45 to 60-minute sessions

  • Held every other week*

  • Interactive, supportive group format

  • Led by licensed registered dietitians

Participants are encouraged to track food intake and physical activity throughout the program to support progress and accountability.

*Weekly scheduling is available upon group request.

2. Keeping Track & Understanding Calories 9. Problem Solving for Real Life
3. Eating for Health 10. Making Social Situations Work for You
4. Smart Grocery Shopping 11. Managing Stress
5. Increasing Physical Activity 12. Challenging Negative Thoughts
6. Triggers for Overeating 13. Preventing the "Slippery Slope"
7. Eating Out with Confidence 14. Planning Your Next Steps
 
Who Can Participate?

This program is open to any group that can gather at least 10 participants.

  • Minimum: 10 participants

  • Recommended maximum: 25 participants

Investment
  • $150 per participant

  • Covers the full 6-month program

  • Payment due at the first session
