Pullman, WA—The Pullman Regional Hospital Women’s Leadership Guild is hosting its annual Non-Profit Night on Thursday, September 8th at the WSU Elson S. Floyd Cultural Center, starting at 6pm.
Seven non-profit agencies have applied for $2,000 in grant funding from the Women’s Leadership Guild and will each present their mission and project requests for funding. For the 2022-23 grant cycle, the Women’s Leadership Guild has $10,000 in grant funding available.
Women’s Leadership Guild members will vote to award funding, but everyone is welcome to attend Non-Profit Night and learn more about the Guild and the presenting local non-profit agencies, which include:
• Lauren McCluskey Foundation
• Palouse Discovery Science Center
• Palouse School Food Pantry
• United Way of Whitman County, Dolly Parton Imagination Library
• Willow Center for Grieving Children
• WSU Psychology of Physical Activity Lab
• YMCA of the Palouse
The Women’s Leadership Guild—established in January of 2015—empowers regional non-profit agencies in support of women’s and children’s health and Pullman Regional Hospital’s highest needs through membership contributions. To date, the Guild has raised and gifted more than $143,750.
The 41-member Guild is chaired by Karen Davis-Morris and includes board members Ginger Flynn, Vicki Jahns, Susie Skavdahl, and Stacey Swift.
