All classes run 6-8pm at Pullman Regional Hospital. Please submit the form to save your seat in the class. You will still need to pay the $15 class fee after submitting this form. To pay, please call (509) 332-1163 to make a payment over the phone. Alternatively, you may visit the Pullman Regional Hospital front desk to make a payment in person at 835 SE Bishop Blvd in Pullman, WA.
If you have benefits through DSHS please call (509) 332-1163. You will receive an email shortly after with further class instructions.
