# Weekend Childbirth Workshop Registration

## Thank you for your interest in the Weekend Childbirth Workshop!

Please submit the form to save your seat in the class. You will still need to pay the $75 class fee after submitting this form. To pay, please visit our [online payment system](https://pay.instamed.com/Form/PaymentPortal/Default?id=CCWPLPULLMAN) or call (509) 332-1163 to make a payment over the phone. Alternatively, you may visit the Pullman Regional Hospital front desk to make a payment in person at 835 SE Bishop Blvd in Pullman, WA.

If you have benefits through DSHS please call (509) 332-1163. You will receive an email shortly after with further class instructions.
