Pullman Regional Hospital’s Guardian Angel Grateful Patient Program provides patients and loved ones a way to say “thank you” to a caregiver. If a physician, nurse, staff member, or volunteer has brought comfort to you in your time of need, please consider recognizing them with a gift to the Pullman Regional Hospital Foundation. Gifts to this special program pay tribute to the outstanding caregiver while helping provide resources for the hospital’s highest needs.
Calm. Thoughtful. Approachable. Charming.
These are words used to describe one couple’s experience with their trusted physician: a physician who exemplifies the standard of excellence found at Pullman Regional.
Sheila and Des O’Rourke are grateful patients of Pullman Regional who recently honored Dr. Clara Garcia with the Guardian Angel award. “Dr. Garcia comes fully prepared for consultations after studying all aspects of the patient’s problems,” says Sheila. “She looks at what is best for the long-term welfare of the patient and is tireless in exploring possible existing lines of treatment.”
Dr. Garcia is a board-certified family medicine physician who provides comprehensive primary and obstetrical care at Palouse Medical. She values the lasting relationships built with her patients and focuses on long-term, community-based care. As part of the Pullman Regional Hospital network, Palouse Medical delivers high-quality, personalized healthcare for individuals and families. Providers specialize in family medicine and internal medicine.
Sheila and Des are proud to recognize the exceptional work of Dr. Garcia with the Guardian Angel award. “In addition to her professional competence, she is very adaptable to any need she is facing. Dr. Garcia is an outstanding representative of the Pullman Regional Hospital organization!”
