The COVID-19 pandemic has impacted virtually everyone this year. Through the stress and uncertainty of these unprecedented times, there is one thing you can count on: Pullman Regional Hospital and our continuing 5-star patient experience.
This summer, we were once again recognized as a 5-star hospital in patient experience by the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid (CMS). This means out of the 3,478 hospitals in the United States, we are in the top 7 percent! We are one of only two hospitals in Washington state receiving this rating.
The federal administrator of the nation’s major healthcare programs assigned the patient experience star rating based on the Hospital Consumer Assessment of Healthcare Providers (HCAHP) scores collected from January 1st – December 31st, 2019.
